What is the Rogue Valley Performing Arts Alliance?

The Rogue Valley Performing Arts Alliance is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Its purpose is to seek, cultivate, and receive philanthropic gifts and grants, plus provide student fundraisers, for the support of our performing arts organizations. Contributions and donations will be made to the organization of your choice – scholarships, supplies like pointe shoes, outreach, sprung flooring , and travel for competition.”

Is my gift to the Rogue Valley Performing Arts Alliance tax-deductible?

Yes. Rogue Valley Performing Arts Alliance is a 501(c)(3) non-profit -#82-3037745.  We are also a member of the Oregon Cultural Trust which provides additional tax benefit

When you make a gift to the Rogue Valley Performing Arts Alliance, it will be officially acknowledged by email or letter. This correspondence is your tax receipt and provides proof to the IRS of your gift. Certain restrictions apply to gifts made, but your tax consultant will be able to  provide you with this information.

Does becoming a sponsor give me voting rights in the Rogue Valley Performing Arts Alliance?

No. Pursuant to the Bylaws of the Rogue Valley Performing Arts Alliance, only the Board of Directors have voting rights. However, sponsors do enjoy many other benefits as are described below.
